Just a dusting.
But still, when I was walking the kids to the bus stop I saw a neighbor scraping ice off of his wind shield.
I am so glad that is not me. No ice on my mirrors today.
Light gloves, velvet blazer, big shawl like scarf and a puff vest were all I needed to stay warm and happy, it may be cold out and there is a dusting of snow on the ground, but it's still autumn-y pretty out.
I do need to switch my spring hat to my winter hat though!
winter came briefly to Flagstaff last two weeks ago with some snow flurries and very cold temps. Sigh! I prefer winter to begin promptly Thanksgiving week for maximum enjoyment of the fireplace, turkey smell throughout the house and apple pie in my tummy.
ReplyDeleteThe temps are now unseasonably warm but I've gotten some nice riding in the last several days. I know that by mid December I will be off my wheels most of the time through March.
